By Booking a tour or tour package through our website, all customers deemed to have agreed to its terms and conditions. We request you to go through the below terms and conditions in order to make sure that you have clearly understood the terms and conditions of our website, before your interested tour booking with us.

All content in this website, including images, logo, tour or tour package information, pricing details, web design and other relevant details presented in this website are the property of Oberon tourism LLC. As a condition of oberontours.com, you agree to not exploit this website or its content for any commercial, non-personal or illegitimate purpose.
Oberon tours.com assure you the best reasonable pricing along with the convenience of making a reservation online. We have provided the prices of each and every service which we providing in this website is based on per person as well as per vehicle basis. The prices are which we have mentioned on the website exclude -Passport or Visa fee, travel insurance, food and beverages, accommodation, room services, laundry and tips of any staffs (Tour guides, drivers, bell boy etc.), until unless it is not mentioned in the concerned service or tour provided on the website. The published Price may changes without prior notice particularly in case of the hike in the Airline ticket, Hotel rate, and transport expenses and also the changes in the government tax and duties.
We provide three option for our valuable customers to make the payment for their bookings.
Option -1 – Credit Card Payment – the booking whatever made on oberontours.com, will directly charge to your credit card as per the amount mentioned in the concern tour/tour package.
Option -2 – Cash on pick up – We can collect the payment upon your pick up on the day of the tour, authorised representative of Oberon tours will collect the cash at the time of pick. There are some tours we don’t have the option for the cash on pick up like Burj Khalifa, Laperle by dragon, and other theme park tours etc. as for these tours we need to pre-buy the ticket to do not lose the availability at the time of booking.
Option-3- Bank transfer- You can transfer the payment to our below mentioned the bank account directly, in the case the tours are on request and we accept your booking offline through our 24/7 supporting team.

We accept the all most all the major credit cards like Visa, Master Card, American Express, Mercury, JCB, Union Pay, Diners Club and Apple Pay. We accepting the payment in AED(UAE Dirhams) and USD (US Dollars).If the payment is making by credit card then the details on the Customers ID (Cardholders ID) should exactly match that of the credit card used to make the purchase.
Oberon Tourism LLC'S domicile country is the United Arab Emirates, We will not be accepting the bookings from OFAC and sanctioned countries. In case of any disputes, the law applicable would be based on the UAE Governing Law.
Payment Confirmation on Online payment - You will get a system generated payment receipt via email once the payment is done through the credit card.
Payment Confirmation on Cash on pick up - Please make sure that you received a payment receipt from our representative once you are given the payment at the time of pick up.
Payment Confirmation on Bank Transfer - Our 24/7 supporting team will send you the payment receipt once the payment credited in our account.
Online Booking- Once you did the payment, you will get a system generated a confirmation email to the mail address which you provided at the time of booking.
Cash on Pick up –Once you confirm the booking, you will get a system generated a confirmation email to the mail address which you provided at the time of booking.
Booking was done through 24/7 supporting team - Once you did the payment, our supporting team will send you the confirmation via email.
Amendments and Cancellation
Amendments – Amendments are based on the local/weather conditions, Changes in the governmental rules and such other several aspects. Be made public if there are any amendment situations occurs we can provide a suitable option with similar values, but it completely depends on the availability of the service at that time. We will update you the changes in the Tour/ Tour package before the Tour/ Tour package pick up. Kindly note the Oberon Tours reserve the complete right to implement minor amendments in the itinerary at any time without reimbursement.No reimbursement can be provided during the major natural calamities like flood and Earthquake.
Cancellation - Every tours/ Tour package has its own cancellation policies, we request you to go through the cancellation policy of each tour before you’re doing the booking. However please find the below our general cancellation policy which will apply for the tours/ Tour package if the cancellation policy is not mentioned in the tours/ Tour package page
- For cancellation of booking, we should receive an email from the email address which you provided during the booking.
- Cancellation or changes did less than 24 hours before the tour – Full charges applicable
- Cancellation or changes are done 24 Hours before the Tour – You will not be entitled to any charges.
- For all refund - 06% Service charge applicable if the payment is done through credit or debit card. However, Refund will take up to 48 days to return back to you
- 100% Refund only possible for Cash payment and Bank transfer.
- Tour booked with any attraction tickets- Full charges applicable once the booking is done for the cancellation.
Oberon Tours can cancel or Amend the activity without adherence to the cancellation period if weather conditions are bad, changes in the governmental policies, Flight Delay or cancellation, unforeseeable or unavoidable external circumstances endanger. This is done under the exclusion of any compensation for damages or other claims under what legal basis whatsoever.
If you do not show up for the tour, we will not be liable for the refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oberon Tours is not responsible for any damage, loss, accident, sickness, injury or death that you or anyone else may suffer or incur arising out of the tour/tour package and/or is in connection with your contract with us and/or the operator of any tour/tour package. You take responsibility for ensuring that you are mentally and physically capable of participating in a particular activity
You are advised to have comprehensive travel and health insurance. All personal effects are at your sole risk at all times during the tour/tour package that is carried out. You should understand and accept the potential risks and hazards that can be involved in certain of the tour/tour package. Oberon Tours also not liable for the loss and damage on any of your property during the tour/tour package.
